Step 1: Fill the jar with candy. Then, place the cupcake cup on top and use rubber bands to secure it.
Step 2: Write your desired message on the tag and decorate it with rhinestones and heart stickers. Use a hole punch to place a hole on the left end of the tag. Then, string the baker’s twine through the hole and wrap it around the cupcake cup, on top of the rubber bands. (Remove the rubber bands afterward if desired.
