Enjoy the Summer Weather with a Cool Glass of Lemonade

Summer is here, and the weather is nice. It’s the perfect time for a delicious, refreshing drink. Well, we’ve got you covered. Try out these lemonade recipes and keep nice and cool all season long.

Rosemary Lemonade

You’ll need: 1 cup of sugar, 6 cups of water, 1 cup of lemon juice, 5 sprigs of rosemary, ice cubs

Step 1: Start by creating a simple syrup. Take a small saucepan and heat it over medium temperature. Next, combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of water in the heated saucepan and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Once dissolved, place the rosemary into the pan and stir continuously. Set aside to cool.

Step 2: Next, it’s time to work with the lemons. For the freshest taste, take a couple of lemons and squeeze out a cup of fresh lemon juice. Or, you can always get some pre-sqeezed lemon juice and pour 1 cup of it into a glass.

You’ll need: 3 peaches (sliced and frozen), 1 can of lemonade concentrate (about 12 ounces), 24 ounces of water, mint leaf

Step 1: First, place the lemonade concentrate, frozen peach slices, and water into your blender. Blend well until smooth.

Step 2: Pour the mixture into glasses and enjoy, or pour it into a large bowl and place it into the freezer until you are ready to serve.

Step 1: Take a medium saucepan and heat it over medium temperature. Then, place the cherries in the pan with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Stir well to create a syrup. After about 15 minutes, add in the tablespoon of lemon juice to the mixture. Continue simmering for about 15 additional minutes, or until the cherries have broken down.

Step 2: Next, strain the syrup into a small pitcher, discarding the skins.

Step 3: Then, in a separate large pitcher, pour in all of the lemonade ingredients and stir.

Step 4: When you are ready to serve, pour some cherry syrup into a glass and top it with the chilled lemonade. Garnish with fresh cherries or lemon slices.
