Throughout the month of July, jazz lovers from all across the state will be making their way to the 25th Annual Balcones Heights Jazz Festival. For four consecutive Friday evenings in July, you’ll have the chance to see some of the top jazz performers from all around the country at the Wonderland of the Americas Amphitheater located at 4522 Fredericksburg Road in Balcones Heights, TX. On the first Friday in July, Warhawk, the horn band from the United States Air Force Band of the West, kicked off the historic 25th Annual Jazz Festival with a bang, literally. Tonight, patrons are excited about even more anticipated musicians like Ruben V with Onel Jimenez and the headliner Nick Colionne. On Friday the 20th, Cindy Bradley will be opening for Eric Darius. July 27, lucky fans will see a special performance by the U.S. Army Band Ft. Sam Houston, along with Joseph Vincelli. Slim Man will be headlining the final night of the jazz festival as this singer-songwriter has been a fixture at the jazz festival for a number of years, becoming an absolute fan-favorite.
